Per-student, per-term pricing

Students are registered per term. Once registered, their results can be entered and report sheets printed. Unregistered students appear in lists but cannot have results processed.

How SMS Pricing Works

Each term, you register the students who will have results processed — at ₦500 per student per term. You can register as many or as few students as you need. Student records are always free to create and keep. The fee only applies when you want to enter and publish results for a term.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does SMS billing work? +
Each term you decide which students will have results processed. You pay ₦500 per student for that term. Students whose fees are not paid will appear in your student list but you won't be able to enter or publish their results until the term registration fee is paid.
Can I switch POS plans? +
Your plan is automatically determined each day by your total sales for that day. There's no manual switching — the system detects your sales volume and applies the appropriate plan limit. If you exceed your plan's limit in a day, sales will be paused until you upgrade.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes. You can register and use JenAir SMS or POS at no cost initially. The pricing kicks in when you want to register students for result processing (SMS) or when your daily sales exceed the free tier (POS).
What payment methods are accepted? +
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers and USSD via our secure Paystack integration. All payments are processed securely and you receive instant confirmation.
Can I get a discount? +
Schools and businesses with special circumstances can contact us directly. We offer grace periods, discounts for NGOs and government institutions, and promotional rates for early adopters.
What happens if I don't renew? +
Your data is never deleted. If a subscription lapses, you lose access to processing new transactions but all existing records remain intact and accessible when you renew.
